Hello, I'm Christian and I'm 26 years old. After attending scientific high school I moved to Rome to study 3D graphics for three years.

Then I attended the Apple Developer Academy, where I studied design, some coding, but in particular I found my true passion: Project Management. In the Pier Program, I had the opportunity to put my knowledge into practice and learn new things that helped me grow and feel ready to face the working world.

Retrospective Guide

During my studies in the Pier Program at Apple Developer Academy in Naples as a Project Manager of a development team, I realized that one of the most difficult skills to achieve is definitely teamworking. I met many conflicts in my team and of course, the best method to solve them is through a Retrospective. After several iterations, I customized this technique and created a guide that helps me manage conflicts within my team. More details in the article I shared on Medium!

Particles: Binaural Experience

Everyday the places we visit flood our brains with billions of stimuli to process second by second. This can affect our mood in different ways. Particles recognizes your feeling and creates a personalized experience using animation and binaural sounds to let you feel comfortable in any mood, in any environment. Interaction with the app is as natural as possible, just a few words spoken to your phone will allow the machine learning algorithm to generate what ambient fits your current status the best. Shaping your environment means shaping your emotions.

SushiRoll: The Game

SushiRoll is an endless iOS 3D game available on the App Store. With its intuitive mechanics and cartoonish graphics it is meant for everybody, from a casual gamer to the most competitive one. For this project I made all the 3d models and approached the world of project management by holding standup meetings at the beginning of the week and retrospective meetings at the end of the week, plus one short, daily meeting to keep the team in sync and on track. I used Miro and created a sprint backlog to organise time, divide and manage tasks.

3D Artworks

I used Maya and Zbrush to create the models and Photoshop and Substance Painter for the textures. In the end with Marmoset i created the renders.
